Unsere Mitarbeiter sind \u00fcberregional im Einsatz, daher geh\u00f6rt ein moderner, mobiler Arbeitsplatz zur Grundausstattung, der unabh\u00e4ngiges Arbeiten von nahezu \u00fcberall erm\u00f6glicht. Dank einem flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodell, ohne Kernzeit, lassen sich Projekte und Privatleben bestens miteinander vereinbaren. Uns ist wichtig, dass sich unsere Mitarbeiter an ihrem Arbeitsort wohlf\u00fchlen. Bei langfristigen Aufenthalten jenseits des eigenen Wohnortes besteht daher die M\u00f6glichkeit, zwischen der Unterbringung im Hotel oder einer Dienstwohnung frei zu w\u00e4hlen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Zur Sicherstellung einer guten Work-Life-Balance sorgen wir daf\u00fcr, dass unsere Mitarbeiter an den Wochenenden zu Hause sind und \u00fcbernehmen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich die damit verbunden Kosten und die Reiseorganisation. Unsere Mitarbeiter sollen sich voll auf ihre Kernaufgaben innerhalb der Projekte konzentrieren k\u00f6nnen. Um sie von administrativen Aufgaben zu entlasten, unterst\u00fctzen wir unsere Mitarbeiter gern durch unser gelebtes Assistenzwesen. Die individuelle Reisekostenabrechnung, die oft als l\u00e4stig empfunden wird, entf\u00e4llt damit. Unser Backoffice \u00fcbernimmt neben der individuellen Reiseorganisation auch die komplette Abwicklung der Kostenabrechnung. <\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr einen guten Zusammenhalt, veranstalten wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Events und Teamtreffen. So haben wir beispielsweise gem\u00fctliche Abende beim Grillen nach unseren Mitarbeiterinformationsveranstaltungen und j\u00e4hrliche Neujahrsempf\u00e4nge.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
